Our roots

Golden, crispy pasta pocket filled with delicious meat and Parmesan cheese, actually created on The Hill in St. Louis.

Provel Cheese Balls - [[price]]

Delicious fried, creamy Provel cheese, a recipe developed by our very own Sicilian-rooted chef.

Garlic Parmesan Wings - [[price]]

Grilled to perfection, then tossed in a buttery sauce of minced garlic and Parmesan cheese.

Garlic Cheese Bread - [[price]]

Crusty Italian bread layered with garlic and butter then topped with cheese and  lightly toasted to meld the flavors.

Main courses

Baked Mostaccioli - [[price]]

An American take on a classic Sicilian pasta dish with fresh tomato- meat sauce and delicate tubular noodles, covered in cheeses and baked to perfection.

Spedini - [[price]]

Tender rolls of thinly sliced steak prepared with smoked ham, provel cheese and  a taste of onion and basil. Tradition from the Mediterranean.

Salsiccia - [[price]]

Authentic Italian sausage with flavors rooted in Sicily.

Layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and cocoa. A timeless Italian favorite.
