Toasted Ravioli -
Golden, crispy, fried pasta pocket filled with delicious meat and Parmesan cheese, actually created on The Hill in St. Louis.
Provel Cheese Balls -
Delicious fried, creamy Provel cheese, a recipe developed by our very own Sicilian-rooted chef.
Garlic Parmesan Wings -
Grilled to perfection, then tossed in a buttery sauce of minced garlic and Parmesan cheese.
Garlic Cheese Bread -
Crusty Italian bread layered with garlic, butter and a hint of herbs then topped with cheese and lightly toasted to meld the flavors.
Main courses
Salsiccia -
Authentic Italian sausage recipe with flavors rooted in Sicily of our very own Paisanos recipe, grilled to release robust, juicy flavor. Served with marinara sauce, with or without a bun. Available with peppers and onions as an add-on.
Spiedini -
Tender rolls of thinly sliced steak prepared with smoked ham, Provel cheese and baked with a taste of onion and bay leaves. Tradition from the Mediterranean. Served with marinara sauce.
Panzerotti -
Half-moon shaped satchels filled with meats or vegetables and cheeses then fried to a delicate delight. Traditional treats from the region of Puglia in southeastern Italy. Fillings will rotate weekly. Dessert fillings are also available.
Baked Mostaccioli -
An American take on a classic Sicilian pasta dish with fresh tomato- meat sauce and delicate tubular noodles, covered in cheeses and baked to perfection.
Penne Pomodoro -
Penne pasta covered with a rustic, simple, yet full-bodied, tomato sauce. Originally perfected in Naples Italy. Offered as a vegetarian option. Salsiccia or grilled chicken available as an add on.
Penne Alfredo -
Penne pasta covered with a buttery, rich, delicious cream sauce, dancing with flavors of garlic and Parmesan and Romano cheeses. Offered as a vegetarian option. Salsiccia or grilled chicken available as an add on.
Desserts
Cannoli -
Crispy pastry shells filled with sweet, creamy ricotta cheese and chocolate chips, dressed with cherries or more chips, a Sicilian icon.
Pan d'Arancio -
Our take on a classic Sicilian dessert, that incorporates sweet orange and dates, resulting in a moist, fragrant, citrus-rich mini loaf, drizzled with orange glaze.
Panzerotti -
These delightful, delicate, fried pouches are filled with fruits and cheeses. Originating in southeastern Italy's Puglia region. Fillings will rotate weekly. Savory fillings available as well.
